Good breakfast, very nice, very good rooms

Good food, friendly service, I felt comfortable even when other people wrote bad reviews. After 1 week I can only recommend the hotel, clean, large room, good breakfast. Price performance fits

Went here for dinner. Restaurant was full. Waiter apologized for long waits for food as a cook was sick. That doesn't excuse that the cordon bleu and schnitzel were served half raw. We are only happy to give the 3 stars because of the friendliness and patience of the waiter.

Short stay but everything was good

Nice terrace, shaky service, mediocre quality of the food and the worst part is a raging head chef who screams like a furies. When asked, this behavior and volume is not an isolated case, but regular. As a customer, I felt this severely affected my wellbeing.

The food is lousy. Venison stew?! Probably in the freezer for five years. Toast Hawei - underground - not edible. Unbelievably bad. The boss is incapable of criticism - and organizes a monkey circus if you complain.

This restaurant is a disaster. We were already here two years ago and the hotel manager made her staff so loud in the kitchen that the whole dining room could hear it. We thought it was an isolated incident and have now tried again ... we were taught better. At first we were not presented with a menu, just two folded A4 sheets of paper. We were able to place our order, which came very quickly, shortly afterwards the screaming in the kitchen started again. The boss of the house had a choleric attack for the rest of the evening that never went away. An extremely oppressive atmosphere to have a meal, especially since the waitresses ran through the restaurant with tears in their eyes and had to tell all the guests who came after us that there was unfortunately nothing left to eat because the kitchen was no longer in Stand sees. This restaurant used to be a recommendable address, but now I can only advise everyone against it. The atmosphere is awful and the food mediocre. The waiters alone keep this place going with a lot of effort. Too bad.

The outside area is very nice. Small menu with a good selection and tasty food. We were shocked by insults and shouts from the boss towards her staff that you could clearly hear in the outside area. I can't understand why the courteous and friendly staff (who had difficulty suppressing tears) has not run away long ago, but I recommend it! New dishes should also be purchased, soup cups with just one handle and plenty of maken are not possible. We didn't go back. In summary: good food and a nice seat is not everything!

The food was delicious and the service extremely friendly. In the outside area we felt very comfortable, except for the very loud organ of the boss, which you couldn't miss through the kitchen window. Respect to the employees, who can remain extremely friendly under such control.

Was on Sunday again at the Hotel Ott, did not know that the owner had changed, was looking forward to the good food as usual. Unfortunately, we, I, my wife and our daughter were very disappointed with the quality of the dishes served to us. DAMAGE Actually, therefore, can not give a recommendation.

Waitress was friendly but the food we were totally dissatisfied, the meat was overcooked noodles dry carelessly served on a plate without just not recommended the slightest addition .Everything in a .... Its predecessor was never something to complain about food was really good.

The Hotel Restaurant Ott has the most beautiful terrace in Bad Krozingen. Here you can really let yourself be pampered. The rooms are very nice and you are in the thermal bath in a minute. The restaurant is also very nice and has a very good kitchen. The chef cooks with a lot of love and always comes up with something new. He spoils his guests with a daily changing lunch menu for 10.40 euros with salad or soup. You should also definitely try the homemade dessert. There is also a great cake buffet. The in-house wines and spirits are also worth tempting. The summer hit right now is a fresh fruit skewer with a glass of our own sparkling wine for only 2.50 euros. Iced!!! There is also a delicious passion fruit sorbet with fresh strawberries filled with sparkling wine for 4 euros. The terrace invites you to linger and you feel completely at ease. The opening times are from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Hot meals are available from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday

Super nice hotel with beautiful bright, large rooms, tastefully decorated. In the middle of the spa area. Breakfast very varied and varied. 🏆 The food I ate in the restaurant was very good All staff have been very friendly. I can recommend this hotel reassured. Parking in the yard.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Rude service on another level. Food is ok, but having to put up with the uncomfortable atmosphere is not worth it. Trust me... there are better places in BK and nearing towns. Frau Ott who runs the hotel is heard screaming all day from the kitchen. It is unpleasant and I don't know how she stays in business. There are great Michelin quality restaurants nearby... for fine dining try Storchen which is fantastic. Otherwise, in summer go for the farm run Straussis which make sensational food with warm and relaxed atmosphere. Staufen has a couple good spots.

Very good restaurant right in front of the terms. You eat very well there for a much lower price than in France. For around 20 €, you can have a full menu: starter, main course and dessert and a prepared main course. Everything seems homemade, real peeled potatoes (increasingly rare), a homemade dessert etc ... I highly recommend this restaurant where we were well received.

Restaurant: The food is very good and we have returned many times for it along with the nice ambience. Today unfortunately, whilst the front of house was very friendly and trying their best to create a nice atmosphere and keep things going smoothly, the owner could be heard shouting both in the kitchen and in the bar area – the shouting getting ever louder and insistent as the orders stalled – the guests found themselves waiting very long for their orders. A potential hotel guest inquiring for a room was sent to the reception with an empty promise that they would be checked in a few minutes – he left after about half an hour of futile waiting. Chapeau to the front of house and cooks for their great work – I can only hope the owner gets her act together, or what used to be a wonderful restaurant has had its run.
